Welcome, newcomers! It is suggested that
newcomers attend
six meetings, if possible, before deciding if Al-Anon is right for you.
Feel free to go to a variety of meetings to find ones that suit you.
The only requirement for membership is that there be a problem of
alcoholism in a relative or friend.
